Podařilo se nám úspěšně implementovat několik zajímavých strategií na spotových trzích s elektřinou, nyní se posouváme na forwardové trhy a potřebujeme posílit analytický tým. We evaluate all the applications we receive and select the most suitable candidates for the given position. We will then invite them to the selection procedure by email or telephone.
You can also submit an application via the online form. Fill in the required information and do not forget to attach your curriculum vitae. You will also need to consent to the management, processing and recording of your personal data within the sense of Act 110/2019, on personal data processing.
Unless indicated otherwise for a particular vacancy, the first round of the selection procedure is an evaluation of your curriculum vitae, which can sometimes take over one month. Selected applicants are then invited to the second round, which takes the form of personal interviews. For some positions, applicants will also take a language or personality test.
You don’t need to worry about the selection procedure. It is not a test, and is conducted in a friendly atmosphere. We recommend finding out at least some basic information about MND. The main part of the interview, however, will be about you and your potential future work. Prepare a list of your skills that you think will be important for the given position. Interviews usually last between 30 minutes and one hour.
After the end of every selection procedure round, you will receive a report on the result and information about the next steps. If you successfully complete all the rounds, we will arrange a date for you to start work, you will receive a job offer, and as soon as you accept we will sign an employment contract.
We will process your personal data for the purpose of selection procedures for vacancies, meaning to enable us to negotiate with you and assess the possibilities for you to join our company.
We consider your documents to be strictly confidential, and only employees entrusted with human resources management and senior employees responsible for the vacant positions will work with them.
Personal data protection is, as it is for other companies in the MND group, very important to us, and so we comply with legal regulations when processing them, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

In this connection it has commenced cooperation with selected schools and higher education facilities with the aim of contacting students in particular in technical fields and to offer them interesting cooperation possibilities.
